단소자용 열전변환효율평가장치 Mini-PEM

단소자 및 한 쌍 모듈 등의 열전변환 효율을 측정합니다.
이 장치는 열전 모듈의 발전량뿐만 아니라 변환 효율을 평가할 수 있는 장치입니다.
변환 효율은 4단자법에 의한 측정에 의해 발전량의 전류 의존성과 열류계로 측정한 열류량으로부터 평가합니다.
고온부는 500℃ (표준사양)까지 올릴 수 있으며, 저온부는 액체를 흘려 냉각합니다.​

■ Thermoelectric Conversion Efficiency Evaluation System for Small Modules Mini-PEM

 

Measure thermoelectric conversion efficiency for thermoelectric material alone and a pair of thermoelectric material.

This system can evaluate not only power generation but also conversion efficiency of thermoelectric modules.

The conversion efficiency is evaluated from current dependency of power generation measured with four-probe method and heat flow measured with heat flow meter.
High temperature part can reach up to 500 ℃(standard specifications), while low temperature part is cooled with water flow.
