Capable of supporting high vacuum with compact design

Based on MILA-5000-P-N, MILA-5000UHV was born with a concept that supports ultra-high vacuum in addition to features such as high-speed heating and cooling, precise temperature control, clean heating and flexible atmosphere selection.

Heating operations can be performed on a PC and data can be easily managed.
