낮은 열팽창 재료 및 각종 전자 부품의 정밀 팽창 측정이 가능합니다. 

또한, 필름 두께 방향의 열팽창 측정도 가능합니다. 

 

Ultra-precise thermal expansion measurements with a minimum resolution of 2 nm.
